    Battle of the Bars!

    Protein bars are popping up everywhere these days, but which bar is packing in the most bang for your buck? –nutritionally speaking of course. Let the battle begin!

    (And LUNA vs. LARA, take it easy on each other girls) ;)

    The Charming Contestants:

    Contestant #1: CLIF BAR, Carrot Cake

    • Mr. CLIF is an all natural & organic energy bar, free of Trans fats and high fructose corn syrup.
    • My Review: Soft, very sweet (almost too sweet), tastes exactly like cake.

    • My Review: Crunchy, more like a cereal bar, it bends when you hold it.

    I loved LARA’s soft texture and was amazed at how this bar was made with only 6 ingredients. LARA represents simplicity at its finest.
